PATANJALI YOGA SUTRAS
It has been a long time since I could run a regular series of Posts /Articles in this Blog.
The
reason was - that I was busy writing a treatise on Patanjali Yoga
Sutras. Now, the Book is completed and is under print. It is likely to
be released by the end of this month.
Therefore, I expect to be able to post regular articles in this Blog on various spiritual matters of interest to you and me.
Here are a few Photographs of me performing some of the ASANAS, which are incorporated in the Book. There are of course many more in the book. The Book is on the whole Gamut of Ashtanga Yoga, comprising Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyanam and Samadhi.
The Book is fairly big at 736 pages, A4 size.I have incorporated most of the related features from the Gita, Uddhava Gita, Viveka chudamani, Upanishads etc, to make it complete, consummate and comprehensive. So, the printed Book will be released before the end of this month. I am confident that any serious and devoted practitioner of Yoga will find it interesting and highly useful.
I shall be adding many Sadhanas in this Blog as supplements to my Book, in future. Hope, you will find all of them Useful.
